What if a deal cancels or refunds?+
You only pay commission on collected revenue. If a customer cancels within their refund window, the commission is reversed automatically — both rep and platform fee. The ledger reconciles every period.
Can I set different commission rates for different deal sizes?+
Yes — on Growth tier. You can build tiered commissions (e.g., 20% under $25k, 28% over $50k) or one-time bonuses for hitting milestones. Self-serve uses a single flat rate.
How does MR's fee work, exactly?+
You set a gross commission rate when you list (say, 25%). When closed-and-collected revenue is reported, MillionReps invoices you for that agreed commission. The split between the seller, any recruiter override, and the platform happens inside the MillionReps ledger after your invoice is paid.
Is there an exclusivity clause?+
No. You can have AEs, run partnerships, do outbound — whatever. MR is one channel. Reps can also work for multiple startups; they pick what fits their network.
What if a rep and our internal team are working the same account?+
Attribution lives on tracked links, logged introductions, startup reports, and supporting evidence. The first valid evidence wins by default, but either side can dispute before payout if the timeline is wrong.
Do you take payment processing fees?+
No. The customer pays you directly through your normal billing system. MillionReps invoices only the agreed commission on closed-and-collected revenue that you report or that an approved integration verifies.
Free to list. Free to leave.
You don't pay until a customer pays you. There's almost nothing to think about.
